Evergreen IGA today announces it will hold its 2nd annual IGA Hometown KidsFest in-store marketing event July 18 - Aug. 14 at its Greenville location. Throughout the course of the nearly month-long period, Evergreen IGA will feature a number of fun-filled family events, as well as savings on family-favorite brands.

During the event timeframe parents can visit the store to enter to win the national IGA KidsFest Get Out & Move Sweepstakes on behalf of their kids. Six national winners will receive prizes packages:

· 1 Grand Prize winner will receive $3,000 cash and $1,000 Active Kids gift certificate.

· 2 2nd Prize winners will each receive $1,000 cash and $500 Active Kids gift certificate.

· 3 3rd Prize winners will each receive $500 cash and $100 Active Kids gift certificate.

There is also a local only giveaway of both a boys and girls bike as well as some other great prizes!

Evergreen IGA will also hold an outdoor carnival on Saturday, July 31st. The event is from 10 am to 1 pm. The carnival will include: Bounce House, Face Painting, Cookie Decorating, and many Carnival Games. Demonstrations from Indian Valley Fire Rescue, and USFS. Pet adoption information from Plumas County Animal Shelter. Evergreen IGA is also hosting a free hot dog lunch for kids 12 and under. “There will be lots of surprises too, you’ve got to be here!” Says Nathan Tucker, Store Manager.

“We’re pleased to have the opportunity to bring IGA KidsFest to our local kids,” Store Manager Nathan Tucker said. “We have an exciting selection of events planned and we hope all of Beautiful Indian Valley will join us here at Evergreen IGA to take part in the fun.”  Click Here for on-line games and puzzles, perfect for kids from IGA's Kidfest web-site.
